three more
So, its only two weeks left with one week of finals. So close. Don't fail me now brain. I finally got enough money for a guitar for Guitar Hero. Oh yeah. I also watched Lord of War (which I shouldn't have done). Cool movie. That black leader scares me. Can somebody kill me now?

so can I have some more laziness?
Hmmm.....it's already been five days and I've only completed one of my assignments. Not a good sign, but considering that I still have some time left, I'm still in a safe spot.
All I've been doing lately is playing ps2 and watching movies on our new LCD television. I think the quality is amazing especially from a distance. I'm been tinkering with the settings and made the video quality a bit better even though I'm still craving to tweak it some more. There is this setting that makes the dark levels dark rather than light. It's cool but it makes certain scenes too dark while making some absolutely amazing.
I've been playing True Crime (which I've beaten) and King Kong. King Kong is pretty cool since it feels like one of those thrill rides in Universal Studios. True Crime: New York City is a much better game than the Los Angeles version. It has more focus story wise and some pretty sweet missions. For example, you have to drive this car really fast in order for a woman to get an orgasm. Cool eh?

...again
It's just another Monday......the Monday before THANKSGIVING BREAK!!!! Too bad I have some projects to do over break, but it shouldn't be that bad. I can't wait to see the new telelvision in the living room, and I do not care if it sucks juicy sour patch kids (and you thought I would type balls......sicko). We have a new tv that displays 720p and in widescreen. I can't wait to see Shadow of the Colossus on that.
Microsoft's Xbox 360 is almost out, and like before, I don't want one. Sure I bought an Xbox, but the reason I bought that was because I had the money. Stupid reason I know, but I didn't know what to spend my money on. Microsoft is going to hype the 360 during launch and everything is going to fall sooner or later. They didn't utilize the hard drive other than storing game saves, music, and tiny bits of add-ons. Comeon, hard drive? Use it to load games faster like on the PC. I can't wait for the PS3 because it IS the future and will bring the HD-era with it unlike the Xbox's *chuckles* component cables and *chuckles again* DVD drive.

losing it
It seems like I'm forgetting more and more as the days go by. I forgot that I had this little project due on the 15th. Oh well, more work for me tomorrow.
It's been a pretty lackluster weekend. For some odd reason, I watched "Titanic" from beginning to end on HBO Signature. That movie just pulled me in I guess. I also watched "Howl's Moving Castle". It's certainly not one of the greatest, but it put a smile to my frowning face. It drags on some parts, but there is so much to enjoy in this film. I just don't get certain aspects of the movie. Maybe a second watch will be sufficient enough.
As for gaming, I got really irritated playing Spartan: Total Warrior. And do you know what mission that is? AN ESCORT MISSION. I hate those in every game that has them. First person shooters, third person action, flying games........escort missions suck. It's always protect the weak. I don't know why they can't protect themselves those lazy bastards. I also played a couple missions on Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. One thing that bothers me about that game is that it feels like you're floating on water, not like Killzone or other shooters. And to repeat again: Guitar Hero is no fun with the dual shock controller.

jealous
I'm envious of my friend Jorge. Want to know why? He has Guitar Hero. GUITAR HERO. None of my games come close to that..........well maybe Resident Evil 4, but still, GUITAR HERO.

...
This made me laugh for a while.
I've been watching those amazing looking HD trailers at apple.com. Sure its only 480p, but that the only resolution that my computer can take. I watched a bunch including that Munich trailer and......*gasp* that Harry Potter trailer. You know I've got to admit it. I like Harry Potter. Sure I haven't read the books, but at least the movies are entertaining.

finally
Family Guy and American Dad are finally showing new episodes and they are to the point of greatness again. I could barely stop laughing during both episodes. The scene that made me laugh the most was when Steve still couldn't see Angelina Jolie nude because he smashed into an oil rig.

lucky bastard
The bastard himself
Japanese megastar Takashi Kaneshiro has been trying to improve his English in the U.S. at UCLA language school in order to snag a possible movie deal. Screaming fans have been following him around the campus and even interrupting lessons. The university was forced to move Kaneshiro to a more spacious classroom and put a ban on taking pictures.
Local media, on the other hand, wondered if Kaneshiro could finish school and come to Taiwan in time for the 42nd edition of the Golden Horse Awards. Asia Plus, the network in charge of the broadcasting of the ceremony, made a generous offer to pay for the star.
If only I was this good looking. lol.
And what the hell is this with Bai Ling and Nick Carter? Marriage? I hope he blows up.

monotony
Just finished watching a couple of movies at the start of the weekend.
First was the movie "The Myth" starring Jackie Chan. Another entertaining film that makes up for his American flops. This should be a note to Jackie: Don't make American films. This movie reminded me of another movie which I can't remember at the moment. Jackie Chan's character, Jack, has been getting the same recurring dream for several months. His dream goes back in time and he is a general of an army. As he saves a Korean concubine, he wakes up. Later on, his friend, William, informs him of an archelogy site he might be interested in. This is the start of the adventure. It gets really sad the end too. Almost teared up, but my manliness held up.
Next up was the japanese film, "Kamikaze Girls." It's actually a great film. This movie is absolutely just random and weird, but the weird thing is, it fits. It has lots of style and just pure fun. Plus, you have to love that cute actress, Kyôko Fukada. Absolutely hilarious to see a girl in those lolita dresses. This film is about change and whether you are going to accept it or not. This picture I posted is just how weird this film is.
And lastly comes "Lilya 4-Ever". Another great film from Russia. It proves how sick the world is. It made me stop my habit......if you know what I mean. It's a really sad movie in which a pretty girl, Lilya (hence the title), gets thrown into the pits of prostitution because of her messed up friend's lie. If you have a friend that can backstab you like that, you have to reconsider who your friends are. Because goddamn, that friend is a total bitch. The only way out of her situation is death, but the question is, "Will she?". Watch the movie to find out.
Other than movies, I've just been playing videogames and working on a paper due Monday. Games like Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, Spartan: Total Warrior, Jak X: Combat Racing, and Fahrenheit (yet again) have been taking much of my time. I finished that new Bond game in a measly five hours so I suggest you rent it first before thinking of buying it. I'm holding off on playing Resident Evil 4 until Thanksgiving break so that I'll be totally focused on that game for the duration of the week. And that new Matrix game is coming out. Hopefully, it doesn't suck like Enter the Matrix did. How the hell can you release a game as buggy as that? Echoing in the cutscenes? Getting stuck in the door? What was that? Path of Neo better be good.
As for life itself, I still don't have the courage to talk to women. I'm sorry, but I just can't. I don't have the confidence to do so. And please don't help me. There is no way that it is going to happen. I don't care anymore. I have more important things to think about. Yes, women are amazingly beautiful, but I just don't have the capabilities to even talk to one. It'll be hilarious though. To actually become the 40-year old virgin.....seriously. That movie spoke to me. If you think of Christian as a movie, think of "The 40-year old Virgin".

today was horrible
I took two tests today, one after another. First was Accounting 131, which OMG....I just went blank in. Then came ITK375 which was not too bad, not for the fact that I didn't know the answers to the questions not provided on the study guide. So yeah, taking those two tests really shot my stress up and my confidence level in my work even lower.
Of course, this can all be contributed to my laziness and willingness to study and review over the course objectives. I seriously need to turn off my downloads and my computer shut down completely.
Well, I can add the fact that I forgot that there was caffeine in Barq's root beer. I could barely sleep yesterday. I kept on tossing and turning, but my brain wouldn't shut off.
Oh well, next time world. Next time I'll do better.

guitar hero
I have enough money to buy it, but then again, I won't have enough money for everything else. I guess I'll hold off on this for a while.
I finally watched that White Sox mob at ISU video on collegehumor.com. Jeez, how embarrassing. What the fuck is wrong with those people? It just degrades ISU's reputation.
Eh, I have two tests on Thursday. One of them is going to be fairly easy, but Accounting? OMG......that exam is going to be a beast. I tried to review for this test, but I fell asleep in doing so.
I should really stop in getting new games......James Bond 007: Russia in Love and Call of Duty 2: Big Red One are on their way........the madness!!
On the movies front, I got a chance to watch Stay. Awesome movie. It makes me wonder if that is going to happen to me when that situation arises.

I don't know if you guys saw this or not.
Romance of the Jedi
Still not as good as the Shining one, but funny nonetheless.
